125/180mm PCD Fragments Diamond Cup Grinding Wheels

These PCD bar type diamond cup grinding wheels are effective tools for removing floor coatings. It can be used on floor grinders or handheld grinders to quickly and easily remove coatings from concrete floors. We use high grade PCD and brazing technology to produce these PCD cup grinding wheels. Our tools boast excellent grinding performance and longer lifespan.

The 7 inch diamond cup wheel has 3 rows of rectangular PCDs, with a total of 12 pieces in the outer row and 6 pieces in the other rows. The 5 inch cup wheel has 2 rows, each with 6 pieces of PCDs. Both of the arrangements of PCDs are staggered to achieve the best performance.
