PCD Carbide HTC Diamond Grinding Shoes

PCD is an ideal material for removing all kinds of floor coatings, including epoxy, glue, paint, resin, and more. This makes it perfect for a wide variety of applications, including both commercial and industrial settings.

The PCD consist of two parts: the top layer of sintered PCD and the substrate of tungsten carbides. This combination provides excellent durability and cutting performance. Tungsten carbide is commonly used for bush hammering tools, to create textured surfaces on stone or concrete. Additionally, it can be used for removed floor coatings, such as line markings.

This HTC diamond grinding plate is equipped with 2 pieces of 1/4 PCDs and 3 pieces of carbide tips, which makes it different from other regular PCD grinding tools. It is good for removing thick and stubborn floor coatings and is easy to be replaced thanks to the HTC EZ change system.
