The zigzag segment is designed for aggressive grinding and are usually matched with small diamond grits such as 16# and 30#, for fast and aggressive concrete grinding. Based on customer feedback, this tool is also good for removing thin floor coatings.
This trapezoid diamond grinding segment has two installation methods. The first is pin and magnet (three 8mm unthreaded holes), and the second is bolt-on with three thread holes. It is designed for use with blastrac floor grinders, but is also compatible with many other grinding machines, such as Diamatic, Sase, and CPS.
