Trapezoid PCD Floor Coating Removal Tools With Segment Bar

These trapezoid PCD grinding shoes are designed for use with PCDs and segments. We use two pieces of quarter round PCDs and one segment bar. We machine the installation grooves for both the PCD and the segment bar. These grooves not only help to keep the welding position consistent for our grinding shoes, but also help to increase the impact resistance of our PCD tools.

There are two options for the connection holes - three 9mm unthreaded holes for ASL grinders, or three threaded 6mm holes for more floor grinding machines.

The working direction is clearly marked on the plate, so that you can install it correctly on the grinder.
