Customized Bush Hammer Scratching Rollers With Carbide/PCD Cutting Heads

Our customers have customized these two large bush hammer rollers for creating 2.5/5.0mm width scratching finishes on marble, granite, and other stone slabs. The rollers come in different sizes and are meant to be used with different grinding machines.

There are two cutting materials you can choose from: carbide and PCD. Carbide type is more likely to be used on soft stones like marble. While PCD can be used on a wide range of stones, including granite, marble, and others.

Both carbide and PCD cutting chips are square-shaped and installed in the cutting heads. Each corner of the cutting chips can be used alternatively, making it more cost-effective. What's more, we also updated the cutting head to increase its dust-proof ability and lengthen its lifespan.
