300/350mm Multi Carbide Bar Circles Bush Hammer Plate

One way to create a "chicken toe" finish on the surface of stones like granite and marble is to use line carbides. This type of finish can add visual interest and texture to the stone surface.

We designed two different layouts of the carbide rollers on 300mm and 350mm bush hammer plates.

One layout consists of staggered carbide rollers. The grinding width of the whole plate allows for maximum bush hammering eiffiency. The other layout features six carbide rollers that are distributed on the plate in two circles. If we imagine the slab is fixed, then each roller on the same circle would carry out repetitive work.

Compared with the second layout, the bush hammer plate with staggered rollers is slightly unbalanced. However, this is not a significant issue and can be ignored. The bush hammer is heavy and has a relatively low running speed, so it will not experience significant yawing.
